Seabourn Odyssey

Seabourn Odyssey was built in 2009 at a cost of US$250 million.    She is the first and oldest of Seabourn’s ships, her sisters being Sojourn and Quest.  Accommodating only 450 guests, primarily suited to couples.   However solo travellers are well looked after.  She was named in Venice, and like her sister ships was built in Genoa by the Italian shipbuilder T. Mariotti.    All guests onboard at the time of naming were honoured as the ship’s godparents.   A plaque with inaugural voyage guests’ names is mounted permanently on a wall inside Seabourn Odyssey.

Her voyages take her to the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Adriatic and Greek Islands in 2019/20.

Enjoy Marina Days with complimentary windsurfing, water skiing and other watersports but are weather and conditions permitting and are only available in select destinations.

A very popular Shopping with the Chef excursion in select ports allows the guests to learn about regional markets and see how the freshest ingredients are selected. These are subject to availability and market schedules.     You must be very quick to sign up for this excursion at Seabourn Square when announced, as they are limited on numbers and places are taken

Dining is an important part of Seabourn’s hospitality.   All dining options are complementary as are fine wines selected by Seabourn’s sommeliers.   Cocktails, wines and other beverages are complimentary elsewhere on board. Reservations are required for The Grill by Thomas Keller.  One reservation is permitted per voyage.
