A comprehensive new tool to help plan journeys with Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises as it unveils its new Crystal Endeavor Voyage Planner has just been released. The 38-page brochure showcases highlights of the expedition yacht’s inaugural season from August 2020 through January 2021, as well as details of the onboard amenities guests can expect.
Itineraries of 12 to 22 days will explore the Russian Far East and Japan; Australia and the Great Barrier Reef; Borneo, Indonesia and the Philippines; New Zealand and Tasmania; and Antarctica. Along the way, guests can immerse themselves in the active adventures, as well as the history and culture of each destination with a focus on rare and authentic experiences.
At 20,000 gross registered tons with a PC6 designation, Crystal Endeavor will be the largest purpose-built polar class expedition yacht in the world, accommodating just 200 guests. The yacht will feature large public spaces, a full-service spa and salon, six restaurants, including Nobu Matsuhisa’s Umi Uma, expedition rooms and elegant suites.
Crystal Cruises says Crystal Endeavor’s accommodations will also be “industry game-changers,” since they will feature some of the most spacious suites in expedition cruising with private butler service for every suite and innovative butler pass-throughs for maximized service and privacy. Luxury touches in every suite include king-sized beds, walk-in closets; heated storage for drying parkas; spa-like bathrooms with adjustable heated floors, dual vanities, anti-fog mirrors and rain-showerheads.
