The line has announced a fleet-wide wave of enhancements to its most beloved dining hubs, Seabourn Square and The Colonnade, focusing on fresh ingredients and flavours inspired by the world’s most iconic destinations.

Known as the “living room” of the ship, Seabourn Square has been transformed into a sophisticated all-day café. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to read or a vibrant place to gather, the new menu offers something for every craving.
- Freshly Prepared Savouries: Guests can now enjoy Roman-style pizza, savoury quiches, and a new line-up of toasted classics like the Monte Cristo and Croque Monsieur.
- The Ultimate Coffee Ritual: Enjoy specialty coffees made from beans roasted right on board. For those on the move, you can now pre-order your favourite brew via the Seabourn Source app for a seamless pickup.
- A Taste of Italy: Indulge in artisanal gelato, handcrafted by chefs trained at Italy’s world-renowned Gelato University.
- New Service Hours: A full breakfast menu is available from 6:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by an all-day menu until 6:15 p.m.
These updates are rolling out across the fleet now, with completion scheduled for mid-2026.

The daytime dining experience at The Colonnade has been revitalised to offer a brighter, more interactive atmosphere. The focus has shifted toward “made-to-order” excellence, giving guests a front-row seat to the culinary action.
