Windstar President John Delaney makes the final cut to the hull of Star Breeze.
The ship is now split apart for the new 25.6-meter mid section to be installed at Fincantieri’s Palermo yard as part of Windstar Cruises 250 Million Dollar WindstarPlus project to lengthen + re-engine the 3 ex Seabourn ships.
