As you may know, Deluxe Cruises suffered a devastating fire in their offices in Westbourne last Tuesday 27th June 2017.

It is believed that the fire started in a paper shredder located in the main office.  The fire spread rapidly though all the offices and the staff were evacuated to safety.  There were no injuries and everyone was accounted for and are safe.  The fire was attended by 4 fire appliances from local fire stations who soon brought the blaze under control.

The office is completely burned out or smoked damaged and all the office equipment is destroyed.

The systems and network were relocated back to Lesley’s house where a makeshift office has been set up.  No loss of data occurred and the computerised Booking system together with the Customer Relationship Management system were up and running within 24 hours.  We are still waiting for additional phone lines to be installed so please bear with us until BT have attended to this.
