Each Seabourn ship offers a choice of dining venues to suit the client’s mood of the moment. All dining venues are complimentary, and nearly all are open-seating, inviting clients to dine where, when, and with whom they wish.
Complimentary fine wines are poured with lunch and dinner, and there is never an extra charge for any dining choice. Clients can also enjoy their meals in their suite or on their veranda. Whatever they want, it can be accommodated.

Each individually crafted dish is tied to Japan’s age-old relationship with the sea, and centuries of tradition. Fresh fish products are shipped directly from Japan and transformed into maki rolls, sushi, sashimi, fresh caviar and small plates.
The Seabourn sushi experience is available in Seabourn’s traditional sushi restaurant aboard Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Encore.
