Uniworld Unveils Trio of Luxury River Ships for 2027 Fleet Boost

The luxury Super Ships will offer itineraries on the Rhine, Main, Danube and Douro rivers.

They have been named: S.S. Audrey, S.S. Marlene and S.S. Sao Rafael.

S.S. Audrey and S.S. Marlene are named after the two iconic Hollywood actresses.

S.S. Sao Rafael’s name pays homage to the Portuguese ship Sao Rafael, part of Vasco da Gama’s expedition.

“2027 will mark an extraordinary milestone for Uniworld as we complete our transformation into a fully Super Ship fleet,” said Ellen Bettridge, CEO.

“These new vessels will deliver something truly unparalleled for our guests.”

The ships will have ‘grand design elements using only the highest quality materials.’

A fourth vessel arrives in 2027 as a charted expedition yacht in partnership with Aqua Expeditions.

It will offer cruises in Southeast Asia such as a 13-night Singapore and Indonesia Expedition.
