Ritz-Carlton has announced that its new superyacht, Luminara, will feature exceptional dining concepts in partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi — presenting a modern Italian tasting menu in Seta su Luminara — and James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Mina, reimagining Middle Eastern cuisine at Beach House.

Luminara’s inaugural voyages will also deliver epicurean exploration ashore, from bouillabaisse in the French Riviera to freshly caught calamari in the Greek Isles.

4 Distinct Venues, 2 Celebrated Chefs

New to Luminara, Azur on Luminara offers all-day dining with a seasonal, à la carte menu. Elegant and versatile, it’s designed for mornings that linger and evenings that unfold slowly.

Haesu Bit serves vibrant Pan-Asian cuisine — drawing inspiration from Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese and Cantonese dishes.

Exclusive to Luminara and created by Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi, the refined Seta Su Luminarae pairs modern Italian cuisine with layered complexity — available as an 11-course tasting or à la carte.

Michelin-starred chef, Michael Mina, brings bold Middle Eastern flavors to the Beach House, a relaxed yet refined dining venue — designed for golden-hour gatherings and shared plates.
